I placed an order on December 1st 2020…
I placed an order on December 1st 2020 and as of now (12/26/20) it has not been filled! I called customer service and they told me they can’t give any answer except they will ship it out when it’s ready. I called several more times and also got no answers. Orders placed by 12/15 were to be delivered for Christmas now I can’t get anyone at all to answer so I could cancel the order and try to get my money back that they collected at the time of the order!
